The location was perfect-just a short walk to the duomo and close to tram stops. Exploring nearby restaurants was a treat as well. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. One standout moment was the amazing shower in my room!

Perfect location, five minutes walk from the Airport to the Central Station, where the Malpensa Express arrives, two minutes walk from the Metro station Repubblica, a few meters from the tram stop 9, circles the "central almond" of Milan, 10, leads to the Navigli. hotel is a bit "old fashioned" in its decoration and furniture, bed is comfortable, room is spacious enough and shower perfect. We stayed in a room with a balcony over an open backyard, completely quiet. breakfast, included in the price, is better than the Italian average, deserving a high pass in the European standards.
breakfast room is small for the hotel at full capacity and on holiday, with all guests trying to have breakfast towards the end of the schedule, staff are very attentive to keep the wait for a table to a minimum. It would be nice if there were facilities to make tea or coffee in the room, in addition to the mini bar, as in winter the possibility of hot drinks is appreciated.

It was just a good match for a short break in Milan with best value for money ratio. The breakfast yogurt was actually pretty decent. Grab something at the market across the street for better food options.

Breakfast was good, but nothing more. The room itself is pretty spacious. It's all on level 4*.
No restaurant, just breakfast. For Level 4*, I think it's a big minus!

The rooftop bar provided a lovely evening atmosphere while the breakfast offered an impressive variety of pastries, though the coffee could have been stronger.

Great location (very close to metro station and central station of Milan), good price/quality, very nice and quiet rooms. It is rather a 3 star than a 4 star hotel, but if you get a good price, it's a great stay in Milan!
Chaotic service at breakfast (quality of the breakfast ok though).

There are many things to love about this hotel. I chose it for the location but got many other benefits as well. The staff was lovely, professional & always helpful. Very hospitable as one expects from a quality hotel. Every request was promptly handled. The hotel itself is beautiful & relaxing. Great toileteries in the washroom, always promptly & regularly replenished. Excellent location in terms of it's proximity to many must see places & the Central Station and very safe too, within the area & inside the hotel. Breakfast was very good, quality & variety wise. Cosy area in the lobby to use the internet & very affordable. We loved Milan for the city it is & for the hotel as well. We definately would love to stay here again. Rocco & Laura were great as well as another gentleman whose name I didn't catch. The staff is truely an asset to this already excellent hotel!
